Getting started

  • Install PromptShield from the Download page or the Chrome Web Store when the listing link is available.
  • Open ChatGPT and click the PromptShield bubble when you have text to review.
  • Free includes 3 optimizations per local day.

Account & Pro

Sign in from Settings → Account in the extension. Use the same email to restore Pro after reinstall. Account help

Billing & cancellation

Manage Pro from Settings → Account. Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal — access continues through your current billing period.

Troubleshooting

  • Refresh the ChatGPT tab after installing or updating PromptShield.
  • Confirm the extension is enabled in Chrome → Extensions.
  • Sign out and sign back in if Pro status looks wrong.
  • Check your internet connection if reviews fail to load.
